Data collected
To create your account: your name, your email address and your password, stored in a form that cannot be read back. To prepare your documents: the information you enter about your contracts and employees.
What it is used for
This data is used to run your account: drafting contracts, calculating payslips and the amounts to declare.
Service security
To prevent mass emailing from the simulator, we count the simulations started from the same connection. Your IP address is never stored as such: we only keep a one-way fingerprint that changes every day and deletes itself after 26 hours. To protect sign-in against rapid password attempts, your IP address is also kept for at most 5 minutes in a counter. Each open session also records the IP address and browser used, for as long as the session lasts (30 days at most): expired sessions are deleted every night.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie to keep you logged in. Your browser also remembers the theme you chose (light or dark).
